I liked this hotel. Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay for the price. The staff was extremely friendly and gave some great recommendations. The room was beautiful and fine and complete with bathtubs.

Couples seeking a unique getaway

The hot springs on site were very nice! We spent hours relaxing in the thermal pools, reminded me of we had a slice of paradise all to ourselves. The landscaping was beautiful. Fairy lights at night added a magical touch!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it for the experience.

The large, modern double room provided an comfortable stay, complemented by the beautiful grounds and multiple hot spring pools available. Each morning began with a good breakfast, including their famous buttermilk biscuits, while the friendly staff offered helpful service throughout our visit. Connectivity was a challenge at times, and some areas felt dated despite the newer offerings.

The room was beautiful, the staff were very amiable and accommodating. The hotel was in a particularly good location, to the swimming area for free. Further, it was near to the Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica, and the garden.

An Enchanting Getaway!

Evenings spent at the on-site restaurant, savoring local dishes, were lovely. Just a tip-bring bug spray. The huts are a bit small and could use better sealing against the elements!
